Cancellation Policy:
Trust us – we understand that life gets in the way from time to time. In order to be fair to both ourselves and our clients, the following policies will be honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment – this gives someone else a chance to schedule an appointment in your stead. If Vital Energy does not receive proper notice, you will be charged $25 for a late cancellation.
No-shows:
Anyone who either forgets or chooses to forgo their appointment for any reason will be considered a
‘no-show’ and charged $25 for the practitioner’s time.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other appointments. Individual circumstances will determine if there is enough time to begin a treatment; regardless, you will be monetarily responsible for the entire session. Out of respect to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and arrive on time.
